As part of the Wild Woman coaching session, the DUTCH test is an optional testing method to gain more insight into your hormones and WHY you are feeling the way you are feeling. In my research and experience, it is superior to a standard hormone blood test because not only is it testing the hormone levels themselves, but your ability to convert and metabolize, which plays a big part in your ability to balance hormones.
